Bad business
Just spent some time in voice-mail hell with an online service that does everything online except take cancellations. You sign up online, you use their tools online, day-to-day customer service is all online and by e-mail, but when you finally have had enough you have to dig up their phone number and start pressing 1s and 2s to try and get a live human being to acknowledge your existence. Grrrr. Never did get the live human on the line; had to leave a voice mail message telling them why their online service sucked no longer fits my needs. I hope they do their job before the next monthly payment so I won’t have to get Mister Visa involved.
