Bank Shopping Time
After they and their claimed third-parties “compromised” my ATM card information, GawdAwfulBank, also known as Bank of America, sent me a nice letter explaining that I need to contact everyone with whom I do direct debit payments through my ATM card to change my information. Since my old card is being cancelled effective tomorrrow, I called today to ask where my new card is. Furthering their commitment to excellent customer service, the new cards haven’t been sent yet, and won’t be until about five days after the old cards are cancelled. Not quite sure how I was supposed to transfer the debit payment instructions prior to the cancellation of the old card, but somehow I think they really didn’t care.
